New On Ramp class starts 3/26. On Ramp is our introductory program to CrossFit training and is made up of 12 sessions. Each On Ramp class is offered two days in a row (ex: Monday and Tuesday will be the same class). It is best if you can attend On Ramp every other day and in order. Use the CrossFit 161 online class registration link on the right of this page to start scheduling classes.
